What is your return policy?

It is important to us that you love your Renwick gear! Items purchased in the last 30 days that have not been washed or worn, and still have their tags on them may be returned. Unless you are processing an exchange, a restocking free (max of $5) will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive the items for your refund. For the holiday season, we have increased our return window from 30 to 90 days to allow for gift-giving. To start your return visit https://Renwickgolf.loopreturns.com.

What shipping options do you offer?

Orders made on RenwickGolf.com can be shipped to all 50 U.S. States. We offer the following shipping options: Economy ($4.95 flat rate): For orders placed by 2:00 pm EST, delivery can be expected within 3 to 7 business days. Standard ($14.95 flat rate): For orders placed by 2:00 pm EST, delivery can be expected within 3 to 5 business days. Express ($19.95 flat rate): For orders placed by 2:00 pm EST, delivery can be expected within 2 business days. Orders received at our fulfillment center before 2:00 PM EST will ship that same day; orders received after 2:00PM EST should ship the next Business Day. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered Business Days.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping currently.

Do you ship orders to multiple addresses?

We do not ship orders to multiple addresses.

Where can I find my tracking?

We will send your package’s tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our fulfillment center. You can also find a link to the tracking information on your Orders page in your account.

Can I edit/cancel my order?

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Can I use a promo code on a previous order?

No. Promo codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other offers.

Can I use more than one promo code?

No, only one promo code can be applied per order.

Can I include a gift message in my order?

Please follow the instructions during checkout to include a gift message. While we do not offer a gift receipt option, we do not include pricing information in any shipment so the gift recipient will not see those details. We do not offer gift wrapping currently.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, you can purchase an e-gift card on our site. Search gift card to find the product page.

How can I check the balance of a gift card?

How can I get more information about selling Renwick at my club or course?
